Digital items aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have an issue accessing templates or downloading the files, please contact us. We are happy to help!

Physical Items

Physical items are eligible for exchanges if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The exchanged item shipping will be covered by Primrose Thistle.


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
